David Rogers worked as an attorney at the Texas Supreme Court, as an aide to Texas Supreme Court Justice Steven Wayne Smith. David has litigated several hundred foreclosure and eviction cases in courts in Hays, Travis, Williamson, Bastrop and Burnet counties. He has handled dozens of appeals.
David also litigates Constitutional Law (Texas and Federal).
Ron Horne, Senior Paralegal, has more than a quarter-century of experience in state and federal court, including work on complex administrative law, water law and employment matters, in addition to his work on Homeowner Defense.
